Discover
We start with the brief and the site. Conversations with the client, surveys of the program's adjacencies, and an unsparing assessment of what's possible and what isn't. Discovery ends with a written intent document that every later decision is held against.

- Stage 02
Design
Schematic design through construction documentation, run on a single integrated model so structural, MEP, and architectural disciplines stay coordinated. We commit to material specifications by the end of design development — no last-minute substitutions.

- Stage 03
Engineer
Every structural assembly and every major MEP system is independently peer-reviewed. We carry the cost of that review as a line item — it's the cheapest insurance available against the most expensive failure mode.

- Stage 04
Build
Construction runs against a published schedule with weekly QC walks and monthly board-level reporting. Our sites are clean — not because clean sites look good, but because dirty sites correlate with quality failures.

- Stage 05
Deliver
Commissioning, training, and a written handover document. NSTONE retains a relationship past project close — we monitor performance for the first twenty-four months and stand behind the work for the full warranty horizon.
