Overview

Set on a four-acre oceanfront parcel, the villa is conceived as a single horizontal gesture broken by three vertical service cores. Public rooms open through twelve-meter sliding glass walls onto a poured-concrete deck that cantilevers eleven feet past the foundation line.

The structural strategy lets the program breathe across the site without visible columns at the perimeter — every load passes through three reinforced shafts and a basement-level transfer plate. The result is a continuous, uninterrupted edge between the interior and the Atlantic.
